Keep forgettin'

I keep forgetting to blog!

snack: peanut butter on toasted sandwich thin

Tried to go to zumba class but couldn't find it! Will try next week.

Well...

B: oatmeal, banana, milk

snack: 1 slice of toast, peanut butter, milk
D: tortellini with chicken sausage and alfredo sauce, snap peas, salad, milk

donut holes--about 8-9. Thank goodness they're done. Can't resist them.

Weighed myself yesterday and I was back to 165. Oh well, it was heartening while it lasted. I have to learn to not continuously eat bad on the weekend. It can't be a total free-for-all. A year ago I was much better at this and I have to get back there.

Did cardio with Liz today.

Lost about 1 1/2 lbs!!!

My watchful eating this week worked. Yay for me! Now if I can keep it up.

Friday-
B: oatmeal, banana, milk
L: lean cuisine, apple, coke zero
snack: Sandwich thins w/peanut butter
D: El Caminito--oh dear!--2 cheese enchiladas, rice, some beans, chips & salsa

Saturday-
B: egg sandwich on sandwich thins
L: Pizza buffet--I was better than 2 weeks ago
D: pork chop, fried rice, asparagus
snack: 1 girl scout cookie

Dessert: some donut holes, girl scout cookies, maybe popcorn

I did 30 min. cardio and a workout with Liz.

D: 3 tacos, 2 cookies, 2 coke zeros

I had thought earlier in the day I would come home, work out, walk the dog. Well, I walked the dog and that was it. No exercise.

Forgot about you!!!

After several days I finally remembered to blog.

D: TGI Fridays-parmesan chicken, tortellini, tomato salad

Plus popcorn from Target in the afternoon. Not as good as I've done all week.

No exercise today. Liz killed me yesterday. I was so out of shape. Should do cardio tomorrow.

Pretty good day

The day started off with not the best breakfast, but I was busy all morning clearing out the closet upstairs and delivering 16 bags to Goodwill.

B: 2 pancakes, 1 with pumpkin butter, the other with butter and syrup; 1 sausage patty and glass of milk.

L: Falafal sandwich and fries, diet coke.

snack: 1 small girl scout cookie

D: 2 bowls of black bean soup; 1 grilled cheese sandwich; milk

Weighed myself today--165 lbs!!!! Ugh! Gotta get this off quick, and another 10 lbs besides would be great!!!! Still have the pain in my left side, but I think it is a little better today.

Very tired tonight. It's only 7:20. Still need to change the bed--would like to shower as well but I don't think I've the energy.

Beginning

Since my weight loss effort has stalled for, oh about a year, I've decided I've got to really focus once again. My blood tests weren't great--blood sugar up and cholesterol up--the doc threatens pre-diabetes again. My eating has been awful. Fortunately, for the most part I am still exercising with Liz which has probably been my only salvation and saved me from going up in clothes sizes. However, my stomach is bigger that it was a year ago and looks bad under most of my shirts. So I've decided to try to write down all I'm eating again, what I'm feeling, etc. Maybe this will help me on my own happiness project.

Didn't weight myself today. Too afraid to, plus eating breakfast/pooping wasn't aligned right.

B: Scrambled egg with slice of cheese on sandwich thins, glass of milk
L: Burger at Willies, some pot. salad, some fries, glass of diet dr. pepper
D: Should be black bean soup and grillled cheese sandwich, milk.
Dessert: Should be an apple.

Did not exercise with Liz today--wasn't feeling great. I've got pain in the lower left quadrant that feels like some weird hernia thing.
